For content generated during an active annual subscription term (Starter Annual or Plus Annual), and subject to continued compliance with these Terms and the License Agreement, Dreamspark AI LLC grants a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully paid-up, royalty-free license for commercial and non-commercial use.

For clarity, references to "commercial rights" on marketing pages apply only to tracks generated during an active annual subscription term and mean this annual-term generation license only.

For annual-term generated content, this license includes rights to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, communicate, adapt, modify, synchronize, monetize, and otherwise exploit the content in lawful projects. The license continues after cancellation or expiration of the annual subscription unless revoked for breach of these Terms.
